本ソフトウェアのライセンスに関して

Regarding the License of this Software

開発者 / 販売者 及び 販売サイト各位 に迷惑がかからないよう "良識" と "常識" ならびに "法律" の範囲内でご利用ください

Please use this software within the limits of "common sense", "common practice" and "law" so as not to cause any inconvenience to the developer/seller and other parties of the site where the software is sold.

1. 免責事項 Disclaimer

本ソフトウェアの利用により発生した、いかなる 問題 / 損失 などに関して 開発者 / 販売者 は一切の責任を負わないものとします

The developer/seller shall not be liable for any problems or losses that may occur as a result of the use of this software.

2. 著作権 Copyright

開発者 / 販売者 が 公開 / 販売 している プログラム / ソフトウェア などの 著作権 は 開発者 / 販売者 が持ちます

The copyright of any program or software published or sold by the Developer/Distributor is owned by the Developer/Distributor.

3. ライセンスの制限 license limitations

ひとつのライセンスにつき、ひとりのユーザーが利用できます

One license is for one user.

ライセンスを保持するユーザーであれば、所有する複数台の PC に インストール / 利用 することは許可されています

Installation/utilization on multiple PCs owned by the licensed user is permitted.

(ただし、その PC を他の人に利用させ、本プログラム等を使用することは次の条項の"貸出"に抵触するものとします)

(However, allowing others to use the program on their PCs is a violation of the "lending" clause below)

ライセンスの 譲渡 / 貸出 / 販売 は認められません

No transfer, loan or sale of the license is permitted.

(また、後述する Custom Script (.ZSC) に利用される "1_TopLevel&ToolCommands.txt" ファイル内のユーザーに対して 記述 / 編集 を行う部分においては許可されます)

(Also, the user is allowed to write/edit the part of the "1_TopLevel&ToolCommands.txt" file used in the Custom Script (.ZSC) described below)

本ソフトウェアに含まれるテンプレートから作成された Custom Script（.ZSC）ファイルの著作権・配布・販売 については、以下の条件のもとで許可されます。

The copyright/distribution/sale of Custom Script (.ZSC) files created from the templates included in this software is permitted, subject to the following terms

テンプレートである "1_TopLevel&ToolCommands.txt" から複製されたファイル内において、ユーザーの 記述 が許されている範囲のみを編集すること

Editing only the user is allowed in the file copied from the template "1_TopLevel&ToolCommands.txt".

本ソフトウェア 用の Custom Script (.ZSC) であることを明記すること

Indicate that the file is a Custom Script (.ZSC) for this software.

4. ソフトウェアの使用制限について Restrictions on Use of Software

Lite / Pro バージョンを問わず 商用利用 は現在 (2022-July-02) 許可されています

Commercial use is currently (2022-July-02) permitted for both Lite and Pro versions.

現在 (2022-July-02) ソフトウェアのアップデートは無料で行われていますが、将来的にまで保証されているものではありません

Currently (2022-July-02) software updates are free of charge, but are not future-proofed.

5. プライバシー Privacy

本ソフトウェアの購入には各販売サイトでのアカウントが必要になる場合があります

You may be required to have an account at the respective sales site to purchase this software.

また、各販売サイトで購入する際にメールアドレスなど各販売サイトのシステムで登録などが行われる可能性があります

When you purchase from a sales site, you may be asked to register your e-mail address with the site's system.

登録されたメールアドレスは 製品のアップデート / セール情報 / 新製品のリリース情報 などを目的とした メール配信 などに利用される場合があります
