18 Smart Materials are included in this pack:
-3 Pebble Variations (for beaches, quarries, etc.)
-4 Red Dirt Variations (for sandstone, wild west environments, Mars, desert, etc.)
-5 Rocky Ground Variations (for your more rugged, mountainous terrains)
-3 Soil with Debris Variations (good general all-purpose soil materials for forest floors, country landscapes, etc.)
-3 Sand Variatons (beaches, deserts, Tatoine, etc.)
These Smart Materials utilize displacement/height scaling in the Shader Settings so you can achieve some pretty realistic ground displacement.
Simple step-by-step instructions are included.
These are texture based Smart Materials because I feel they offer the most realistic results.
***Please note: I highly recommend that you export the Height map as a 32-bit EXR file. Whichever render engine you use will benefit from the extra data (I used Corona for my renders and there is a noticeable difference between 16-bit and 32-bit bitmaps.)
