This lovely building is located in Soho Manhattan, New York City, which has all the fundamentals for learning to plan a modular environment.
It is created from multiple unique, tileable, and trim assets which were created in Maya, Zbrush, Marmoset Toolbag, Substance Painter, Speedtree and compiled and assembled in Unreal Engine 4.
It has been optimized for real-time applications like games and every asset almost matched Texel Density. All meshes have optimized and clean topology which is ready to be used in any sort of real-time project.
All unique assets have been baked and textured in 2k resolution in Marmoset Toolbag and Substance Painter and have been scaled down according to the texel density of the assets. If you require high-quality assets, you only need to export the textures at your desired resolution from Substance Painter.

All the modeling will be done in Maya and texture will be created using Substance Painter. The foliage and tree will be created Speedtree and the level will be built in Unreal Engine 4.
