"Slendy" was based off of the Slenderman creature, hence the name. Includes ZBrush ZTL with two versions of the mesh (variation of head, polypaint) subdivision levels, polypaint, UVs; Substance Painter project; low poly based on primary version of Slendy (topology may not be to your liking) but it worked for my purposes; and final, baked textures from Substance Painter.
