Is your scene missing some well deserved drama? A bad weather day always does the trick! The secret is having a reliable collection of high-resolution assets for any situation.
Matte painting and Sky Replacement is a very common request in visual effects projects. It is often that you have to expose correctly to your actors but you compromise your sky, usually blowing it out completely. To compensate you can do Sky Replacement. I've personally always struggled with finding high resolution assets that have enough range for compositing.
This pack contains 40 RAW Snow Overcast clouds. During snowy days there is a much softer and diffused lighting on the clouds. It can get extremely misty. These photographs will solve your problem of compositing clouds into your snowy environments. Remember, it can still be sunny during a snowy day, but now while it's snowing.
The images are all (5184 x 3456px) .CR2 files. You can Drag and Drop the .CR2 files in most Photo or Video editing software. The images have been left unedited to give you the most control for your project.

These assets can be used inside of any 2D Compositing software
They can also be used as cards inside of any 3D Compositing software. Be sure to make it a "Light Material".
I've used these assets inside of After Effects with a 3D-Camera for motion.
