These are procedural base materials, not smart materials. Changing the SBSAR Seed does generate infinite variations! Use the SBS file for manual customization. Whether you want to customize these materials further in Substance Designer, quickly and easily texture your assets in Substance Painter, or Iterate rapidly in Unreal Engine; I hope that the MATBOX collection comes in handy for your own 3D art journey!
