Being the driver of the artistic style and developing intreaguing gameplay spaces is key to a level artist at Massive. You as a person
You most likely describe yourself as a flexible champion of quality, and you're not afraid to go out of your comfort-zone to push the expectations of a gameplay environment. This shows in your craft, where you're driven by continously improving what can be done in terms of art and technology. If faced with a difficult and unknown scenario, you autonomously work to find a solution to the challenges you're faced with, and you thrive when solving a difficult problem. Despite potential setbacks your flexible and goal-oriented approach keeps your eyes on the prize; a top-notch AAA immersive world for our players.
All of this you do with your team in mind, as well as you understand (and reinforce) the fact that developing an AAA game is not a one-person effort. Taking in feedback and providing constructive critisism comes naturally to you, and you are careful to integrate all parts of the development when contributing with your expertise.
