Job Description

Your responsibilities as Product Manager (m/f/d) include:
- Lead our customer centric requirements definition process for our VR software platform
- Represent the “voice of the customer” for all platform functionality
- While permanently in dialogue with our customers, seek inputs and stimulate users to think about future and next level functionality
- Associate user requirements to the market segments we are serving and extract requirement clusters
- Prioritize features along our target industries and target customers, assess opportunity cost (potential of losing business)
- Extract the most desired feature set per target industry and target customers, provide insights on business opportunity per functionality clusters
- Lead the internal prioritization process and develop/propose implementation roadmap to the executive team
- Translate customer required functionality and features into internal requirement specification for the development team
- After release of a software platform revision, monitor customers’ acceptance and seek user comments and loop back to development team
- Collaborate and work with different members of the commercial team (inside sales, marketing, strategy team)
Skills & Requirements
- Solid technical background in software development and or IT
- Ideally several years of practical experience in product management of software based products
- Passion for the commercialization of our products
- Ability to systematically monitor and analyze customers’ needs of a complex and diverse customer base
- Maturity and expertise to represent us at our customers, building trust and customer loyalty
- Executive level communication skills, presenting to senior managers and VP-, C-level
- Open to frequent travel to customers
- Skills to translate customer needs into internal technical specification, using structured documentation process.
- Ability to interact and support the software development team to make optimal design decisions
- Experience with BI or data analysis would be a huge plus
