Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities
- Create high-quality cinematic sequences focused on storytelling and cinematography.
- Stage and time assets to storyboards and animatics.
- Manage rigs, animations, cameras, and effects for sequences.
- Modify and add lighting to the camera and provide a cohesive lighting experience.
- Work with the directors and artist teams to achieve project goals, communicate problems, and provide solutions.
- Staging effects systems within the environment and modifying them to match the design.
Skills & Requirements
- Expert knowledge of the Sequencer and Movie Render Queue systems.
- Strong understanding of composition, staging, lighting, and post-process workflows.
- Understanding of the ray-tracing lighting system and techniques.
- Experience debugging assets.
Bonus:
- Experience using Cascade and Niagara particle systems.
- Cinematography experience.
- Experience using visual scripting.
