Job Description

<Lead Technical Artist>

[Requirements and Qualifications]

  • Highly knowledgeable in internal structure of the engines such as Unreal and Unity.
  • Highly knowledgeable in various shaders and real-time rendering pipeline.
  • Must be able to make materials according to the requirements of various engines.
  • Problem solving skills with deep mathematical understanding of graphics.
  • Must be able to deal with DCC tools such as Maya or 3ds Max, Blender, and ZBrush proficiently. Should be able to create a custom controller by using at least one of the listed tools. Advanced rigging skills are required.
  • Must have knowledge of directing and lighting
  • Not only handling Unreal Niagara well, should be able to produce expressions or custom modules to suit the requirements.
  • Proficient in C++, HLSL, Python, C#, Max script or Maya script
  • Familiar with various functions such as Unreal General Blueprint, Animation Blueprint, Ai Tree, UI Production, Sequencer, etc., and know how to use them in a standard way
  • Be able to understand the emotional differences between programmers and artists and help communicate between them
  • When faced with various problems, should be able to solve them alone without leaning on others.
  • Must have deep understanding and experience of optimization skills
  • Fluent level of spoken/written English

Skills & Requirements

<Unreal Programmer>

[Requirements & Qualifications]

  • Understanding of C++ programming language
  • Understanding data structure, algorithms, and OOP
  • Development experience with Unreal Engine 4
  • Active in acquiring new technologies for content production

[Preferred Qualifications]

  • Understanding the rendering pipeline
  • Knowledge of animations and shaders
  • Experience in using motion capture or facial capture
  • Ability to understand and apply foreign technical documents and papers

<Unity Programmer>

[Requirements & Qualifications]

  • Understanding of C# programming language
  • Understanding data structure, algorithms, and OOP
  • Development experience with Unity 3D
  • Active in acquiring new technologies for content production

[Preferred Qualifications]

  • Understanding the rendering pipeline
  • Knowledge of animations and shaders
  • Experience in using motion capture or facial capture
  • Ability to understand and apply foreign technical documents and papers
