Job Description

  • Build models, textures, and optimize models according to the requirements of each project;
  • Proficient use of software to complete and meet the requirements of the project;
  • Highpoly: uses Zbrush, 3DSMax, Maya, Blender, Marvelous Design (optional);
  • Lowpoly: uses 3DSMax, Maya;
  • Texture: use Substaince Painter;
  • Render: use Marmoset Toolbag or UE4 (optional);
  • Optimize poly according to the requirements of each project;
  • Follow the plan and completion deadline set by PM, Leader, Director to create the product in the required time;
  • Contribute effectively to the workflow, propose improvements to accelerate and increase project efficiency;
  • Exchange, interact, closely coordinate with Art Leader, Art Director, Team 2D and 3D to complete the project at its best;
  • Participate in meetings, discuss projects, evaluate products;
  • Receive feedback from PM, Leaders, and Director, propose ideas;
  • Perform 100% file editing requests, handle arising problems as required by PM, Leaders, and Director;
  • Perform other tasks assigned to them related to the projects by PM, Leaders, and Director.

Skills & Requirements

  • Experience in making 3D Environment/ Background in Triple-A quality game art environment;
  • Professional or diverse styles: Hand Painting - or Semireal, Realistic;
  • Ability to observe, analyze, good sense of aesthetics, understand shapes, colors balance, light setting, materials;
  • Modeling, sculpting, uv layout, good texture representation according to PBR Shader standard;
  • Can quickly adapt to different game art styles;
  • Experience in using popular softswares such as: Maya or 3Ds Max, Photoshop, Body paint 3D, Marvelous Design, Zbrush, Substance Painter...
