Job Description

  • Define the artistic vision of projects
  • Clearly message the artistic vision and direction to the team
  • Lead, manage, and provide guidance to the art team
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and production
  • Manage team of 3-5 artists and outsourced art production
  • Contribute to the creation of game art assets

Skills & Requirements


  • Leadership role on at least one shipped title
  • Expertise in industry standard art tools (Photoshop, 3ds Max, etc.)
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Knowledge of different art pipelines
  • Ability to solve technical problems
  • Knowledge of business development, marketing, and game design
  • Experience with Unity
  • On site position - candidate must be willing to relocate to Boston


  • Experience in both 2D and 3D
  • Experience with animation
  • Experience with creating VFX
  • Experience with agile/Scrum practices
  • Comfortable with publicly interfacing with our audience

The studio behind Go Home Dinosaurs, Catlateral Damage, and 20XX is now working on 2 new unannounced games for PC/console that are more ambitious departures from our previous titles.
