Temporary Environment Animator
Treyarch Studios is looking for a talented Temporary Environment Animator/Generalist to create visually inspiring and creative animations for props and environments for a high-profile AAA title. This position requires a generalist mindset and a wide skill set in rigging, modeling, animation, and dynamics. This individual must be passionate about making great games, be a strong problem-solver, and an effective communicator.
Required Skills: Maya Game quality Hard surface modeling UV competency Animation competency (including Hand keying and Dynamics) nCloth and nHair competency Rigging competency (including skeleton creation, skinning, constraints, and Ik) Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Pull Down It Familiarity with Motionbuilder Familiarity with Photoshop Familiarity with Perforce (or similar program) Soft Skills: Solid communication skills: someone who can clearly communicate between multiple departments Displays a generalist mentality: someone who enjoys and is competent with many aspects of development Requirements: Minimum 1 year of industry experience Minimum 1 title shipped Demo Reel or website showing previous work Successful completion of “Environment Animator Test”
